How do I import tools from Fusion 360?
Export your tool library from Fusion 360 as a .tools file, then use our Import function. Go to Data Management > Import > Select "Fusion 360" format and upload your file.
How accurate are the lifetime predictions?
Our AI considers tool material (HSS, Carbide, Coated), cutting parameters, material hardness, and your quality ratings. The more data you log, the more accurate predictions become.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes 10 tools, basic calculator, and Knowledge Hub. Pro ($9/month) gives unlimited tools, advanced features, cut history, and priority support.
Can I share my tool library?
Yes! Export to CSV, Excel, or PDF to share. Enterprise plans include team accounts with shared libraries and real-time sync.
How do I set machine rigidity?
Use our presets: Entry (0.55), Hobbyist (0.70), or Pro (0.85). Or run test cuts in aluminum to determine your machine's optimal value. See the help icon in Machine Profiles for details.
Is my data backed up?
Yes! All data is stored in Supabase cloud database with automatic backups. You can also export your data anytime for local backup.
Can I use metric units?
Yes! Enter values with "mm" or "mm/s" and they'll auto-convert. For example, type "600mm" and it converts to 23.62 inches automatically.
How do checklists work?
Use pre-built templates or create custom checklists. Track completion, add notes, and maintain history for compliance and consistency.
