3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Free Plan

• 50 cut profiles
• 10 exports per month
• Basic features and support

Pro Plan

Our Pro plan ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) includes:

• Unlimited CNC tools and profiles
• Unlimited exports
• Advanced features and analytics
• Priority support
• Team collaboration features

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

Service Availability

Machining Safety

IMPORTANT: Machining parameters and tool data provided by our Service are suggestions only. You must verify all parameters for your specific application, materials, and equipment. Improper machining parameters can result in tool breakage, workpiece damage, or personal injury. Always follow safe machining practices and manufacturer recommendations.

9. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
